Founder of Baby Cue Coaching, LLC, Dena Riddick began her career as a special education teacher. Her work with the ASD population has led to many rewarding experiences in the educational and clinical field. But it is in the rich ground of early intervention (EI) where her passion truly thrives. 

Dena found her calling when she entered the world of EI, where education and therapy connect. As a special instructor and behavior coach, she nurtures the potential of young minds and strengthens family bonds, leaving a legacy of hope in her wake.

Born in the heart of Philadelphia, Dena's early intervention practices thrive on empowering families from the inner-city and neighboring communities. Her firm yet compassionate touch guides those lacking confidence into self-advocacy. The surging needs of families and caregivers serving infants with developmental delays and ASD fueled her resolve to make a difference.

In 2023, Dena established Baby Cue Coaching to offer families the choice of a highly skilled, compassionate team that recognizes and understands the culture and community they serve. A minority owned business, BCC, connects first and second generation graduates to prepare the next generation for success.
